DEFINITIONS

"Member" or "Subscriber", as referred here, means the valid purchaser and holder of a valid user name and password from SBTN Houston for log in to the site.
"Subscription", as referred here, means the purchase of a license granted by SBTN Houston to a Subscriber for a limited time to access the contents of the site.
"Log-in", referred here, means the using of the unique combination of username and password by a Subscriber to access the site for a licensed period of time.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Subscriber is responsible for paying either subscription fees, starting from the initial purchase date, according to the then-current terms of the Site. In becoming a Subscriber to this site, you agree and our bound by this agreement. This agreement is subject to change at any time. Notices of any changes to this agreement will be made in the terms and conditions section of the Site. Subscribers are responsible to periodically review the terms and conditions for any changes.
Payment is made with a credit card or paypal. All charges may appear on your credit card or paypal bill as "SBTN Houston" . In the absence of a request, Subscriber waives e-mail notification of purchase. All Subscriptions are non-refundable once a user name and password have been given to the site.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Subscription fees are automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected for a like period of time, unless Subscriber notifies SBTN Houston seven (7) days prior to renewal. Subscriber authorizes SBTN Houston to charge Subscriber's credit card to pay the on-going subscription until properly cancelled.
TERMINATION/CANCELLATION
SBTN Houston reserves the right to cancel Subscriptions at any time and without cause. Subscriber can cancel at anytime without cause by notifying SBTN Houston through email, fax, phone or mail. When Subscribers cancel their Subscription, the fees are not refunded.
LICENSE
Membership to the Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use by the customers of the Site. As a Member or Subscriber, customers are granted a single copy license (on a single computer only) or print copies of any information found on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use of the Site and its contents is prohibited. Site material may not be modified, used for public display, performance, sale or rental. It is also prohibited to alter, modify or remove any copyrights or other proprietary notices or trademarks. TRANSFERRING ANY SITE MATERIAL TO ANY OTHER PERSON IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
SBTN Houston gives Subscribers a username. Subscribers must choose and give SBTN Houston a password. Each Subscriber must keep their log-in information strictly confidential. Unauthorized access to the site is unlawful and a breach of this agreement.
SBTN Houston reserves the right to terminate any license at any time. The terminated Subscriber will be obligated to immediately destroy any information that has been downloaded, printed or copied from the Site.
NON-ASSIGNABILITY
Usernames and passwords may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriptions are licensed to the subscriber only and are non-transferable. Subscriber must promptly notify SBTN Houston of any breach of security, such as loss, theft or unauthorized use of username or password. Until SBTN Houston is notified by email, fax, phone or mail of any breach in security, the subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the subscription.
DISCLAIMERS
Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communication equipment necessary to gain access to the Site.
The materials on this Site are provided "as is" without any expressed or implied warranties of any kind. SBTN Houston offers no assurance of uninterrupted or error-free service. SBTN Houston is not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the information and material on the Site.
SBTN Houston does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items on the Site. Any information and images on the Site are subject to change at anytime without notice.

SBTN Houston makes no representation that the materials available on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations and access to them from jurisdictions where the contents are illegal is prohibited.
SBTN Houston is not responsible for any fraudulent access to the Service by the Subscriber.
Bookmarking to a page in the Site whereby the warning page and/or terms and conditions are bypassed, shall constitute an implicit acceptance of the terms and conditions herein and an explicit acknowledgement of age of majority.
